At first, it is created with the latest overseas technology. Lime, slaked lime (with humidity between 10-15%), soil, sand and gravel, fly ash, cement and other raw materials can be combined to make cement stabilized sand and gravel, grey soil stabilized base material, compressible concrete and other primary material types. The products made by this plant are always properly proportioned, well mixed, and meet the construction requirements.
The product configuration includes a batching supply system, a cement material supply system, an automatic water supply system, a mixing system, a storage bin device system, an electrical system, and a measuring control system.
The batching supply system consists of a dividing hopper, a speed-controlled frequency-controlled metering belt machine, and a belt conveyor.
The cement material supply system consists of a cement silo (cement hopper), a speed-controlled variable frequency metering impeller feeder, and a spiral electronic weighing conveyor.
The automatic water supply system consists of a pressure tank, a submersible pump, a pipeline, a pressure reducing valve, a water flow meter, and a water sprinkler.
The mixing system consists consists of a motor reducer and a double horizontal shaft continuous mixer.
The storage bin device system consists of a double discharge storage bin, an inclined belt machine, and an air compressor.
The electrical system consists of an operation control cabinet and an operation room.
The measuring control system adopts electronic parts from a domestic famous manufacturer, with frequency conversion speed control, Microcomputer control, which can work in both manual and automatic forms. This machine is equipped with a bulk cement silo (including a screw conveyor), and, for bagged cement hopper, it can be further equipped with another device according to the user's needs.
