The agitator of the machine is made of high-strength and wear-resistant materials which significantly enhance its service life. Additionally, adopting a first-stage cyclone dust removal system, a second-stage water-type dust collector system and a negative pressure dust-proof building design not only reduce investment costs for customers, but is also economically and practically sound. Furthermore, the linear vibrating screen driven by imported vibrating electric drives improves the screening efficiency and reduces the failure rate of equipment. We also improved the structure of the device by using a plate chain hoisting device to enhance the life of the hoist and provides a more stable operation. Moreover, the optimized structure of the lifting plate of the drying drum considerably improves the drying system's capacity, as well as its stability.
In addition to this, we adopted a modular design for the whole machine, making its handling and installation faster and more convenient. Moreover, customers can use a fully automatic computer/manual control system with a fault self-diagnosis feedback program, making the machine's operation simpler and safer.
