1. According to production capacity can be divided into: small, medium and large.
l Small size, that is, the productivity is below 40t/h;
l Medium-sized, that is, the productivity is 40-400t/h;
l Large size, that is, the productivity is above 400t/h.
2. According to the carrying method , it can be divided into: mobile type, semi-fixed type and fixed type.
l Mobile type: The silo and mixing pot have their own tires, which can be transferred with the construction site, and are suitable for county and township roads and low-grade road projects
l Semi-fixed type: The equipment is installed on several trailers and assembled at the construction site. It is mostly used for road construction.
l Fixed type: The operating site of the equipment is fixed, also known as asphalt concrete processing plant, which is suitable for centralized engineering and urban road construction.
3. According to the stirring method, it can be divided into: continuous drum type and intermittent forced type.
l Continuous drum type: It is produced in a continuous and uninterrupted mixing method, and the heating and drying of the aggregate and the mixing of the mixture are carried out continuously in the same drum.
l Forced intermittent type: The heating and drying of the aggregate and the stirring of the mixture are carried out periodically. The equipment stirs one pot and one pot separately, and each pot is stirred for 45 seconds to 60 seconds, and the output depends on the model of the equipment.

Moreover, we aim to reduce the investment cost for customers by adopting the first-stage cyclone dust removal system,the second-stage water-type dust collector system and the negative pressure dust-proof design of the building. Besides, the linear vibrating screen driven by imported vibrating electric drives will also enhance the screening efficiency and effectively reduce the failure rate of equipment.
Additionally, we take the plate chain hoisting for the aggregate hoist, which has longer service life and increases the stability of operation. For the drying drum, we have optimized the structure of the lifting plate to makes the drying system more efficient and stable. Last but not least, we use modular design for the whole system that will allow the process of handling and installation much faster and more convenient. Besides, fully automatic computer/manual control system, with fault self-diagnosis feedback program, keeps the operation simple and safe.
