The total power of the Stationary Asphalt Mixing Plant is ≤450kW, and the hot aggregate bin is 10-30m³. According to customer's requirements, the fuel type can be Diesel, Heavy Oil, Natural Gas, Coal or Pulverized Coal. It is equipped with advanced dust collection system, including gravity dust collection, baghouse dust collection and water dust collection.

The aggregate hoist adopts plate chain hoisting, increasing the hoist' service life and improving the operation stability. In addition, the optimized structure of lifting plate of the drying drum makes the drying system more efficient and stable. The whole machine adopts modular design, making it faster and more convenient when handling and installation. Additionally, with the fully automatic computer/manual control system and fault self-diagnosis feedback program, the operation will become simple and safe.
