3. According to the stirring method, it can be divided into: continuous drum type and intermittent forced type.
l Continuous drum type: It is produced in a continuous and uninterrupted mixing method, and the heating and drying of the aggregate and the mixing of the mixture are carried out continuously in the same drum.
l Forced intermittent type: The heating and drying of the aggregate and the stirring of the mixture are carried out periodically. The equipment stirs one pot and one pot separately, and each pot is stirred for 45 seconds to 60 seconds, and the output depends on the model of the equipment.
We have several advantages compared to competitors. Firstly, the agitator we use is made of high strength and wear resistant material, which means it can last longer. Secondly, our dust removal system consists of the first-stage cyclone dust removal system and the second-stage water-type dust collector system, along with the negative pressure dust-proof design of the building. Thirdly, the linear vibrating screen, driven by imported electric drives, greatly enhances the screening efficiency and minimizes the failure rate.
Also, the aggregate hoist we use is of the plate chain kind, which is known for its longer service life and stable performance. Moreover, the lifting plate of the drying drum has been optimized, making the drying process much more efficient, and therefore reliable. To make the handling and installation easier and faster, we use modular design for the whole machine. Additionally, we use a fully automatic computer/manual control system that has a fault self-diagnosis feedback program. This ensures that our customers can operate the system safely and conveniently.
